The Tramontina América Countertop Electric Bain-Marie is fully constructed of stainless steel. It features a stamped bowl made of AISI 304 stainless steel and a chromed brass drain valve for easy emptying.
The unit is equipped with a safety thermostat and digital temperature control, with an adjustable range from 20°C to 80°C. The reservoir is GN 2/1, compatible with standard GN containers with a depth of 150 mm.

Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of the product to ensure its correct operation.
