A tea for every moment of your day

Check out a list of flavors for waking up, improving digestion, and relaxing

Tea is great drink any time of the year. Iced in the summer or hot in the winter, a cup can improve your mood. In addition to being a moment to take care of your soul, drinking tea is good for your health. It keeps you hydrated and, depending on the herbs, flowers, or fruits chosen, its properties help to detox your body, accelerate your metabolism, and even relax. So, how about enjoying this alchemy? We’ve set aside some teas for the different moments of your day.

For focus and concentration in the afternoon, drink mate or black tea, both rich in caffeine.

At night, before going to sleep, relax with a cup of chamomile, lemon balm, valerian, lavender, passiflora (also known as passion flower), and magnolia. These herbs help to reduce anxiety, stress, and to combat a insomnia

Despite being natural, remember that teas should be consumed in moderation and it is worthwhile to consult your doctor or nutritionist about possible side effects, primarily if you use a specific medication, or are pregnant or lactating.

Now it’s time to enjoy your tea while reading a book, watching series or movies, contemplating the garden or with family and friends!
