This recipe is simple but full of flavor, perfect for a quick snack or light meal. Ingredients:2&nbsp;slices of loaf of bread 150&nbsp;g chicken breast 50&nbsp;g mozzarella cheese 40&nbsp;g pesto sauce Ingredients for pesto sauce:1&nbsp;bunch of basil (leaves only) ½&nbsp;clove of garlic 60&nbsp;g freshly grated parmesan 200&nbsp;ml extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Nuts (optional) Preparation method:Start by seasoning the chicken breast with salt, pepper and seasonings of your choice. Grill the chicken until it is well cooked and golden brown. To prepare the pesto sauce, add the basil leaves, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper.
