Ingredients:
250 ml of milk
01 30ml espresso coffee
01 tablespoon sugar
01 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 glass of ice cubes
Chocolate syrup

Whipped cream
150 g cream
60 g sugar

Preparation method:

For the whipped cream: beat the cream with the sugar until it gets firm. Do not beat too much to avoid overcooking. If you prefer, use ready-made whipped cream.

In a blender, add the ice, milk, espresso, sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate syrup. Let it beat until the drink takes on a creamy texture.

Before serving, decorate the glass with a little syrup on the inside. Then just serve, finishing with whipped cream and a little more syrup on top.
