What makes this pizza different is that, instead of being prepared in the oven, it is&nbsp;made in the <a href="https://www.tramontina.com.br/en/p/26500006-214-churrasqueira-a-carvao-tramontina-tcp-400-em-aco-inox-com-bandeja-para-carvao-em-aco-esmaltado">grill</a>. Let’s go!Preparation time: 2 hours Recipe difficulty: medium Yield: 1 medium pizza Ingredients Batter 500 g flour 1 tablespoon olive oil 250 ml water 140 g yeast 10 g salt Topping Tomato sauce 200 g coarsely grated mozzarella cheese 50 g cherry tomatoes Basil to taste Batter preparation method Start with the flour on the countertop, making a hole in the middle and adding the&nbsp;yeast.
