Prepare a delicious margherita pizza to surprise your family and friends
Nobody can resist a good pizza, so we bring you a slightly different way to prepare a Margherita at home and surprise your family and friends.

Yield: 1 medium pizza
Ingredients
Batter
500 g flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
250 ml water
140 g yeast
10 g salt
Topping
Tomato sauce
200 g coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
50 g cherry tomatoes
Basil to taste
Batter preparation method
Start with the flour on the countertop, making a hole in the middle and adding the yeast. Around it, add the salt and olive oil. Slowly pour water into the middle, adding the surrounding flour until it forms a homogeneous mass. Next, knead for about 15 minutes and let the dough rest for 1 1/2 hours in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
Roll out the dough, dusting the countertop and the rolling pin with flour. Place it on the pizza stone that goes on the grill and let it brown.
Filling preparation method
Cover on side of the pizza with tomato sauce. When the dough puffs up on the stone, spread the cheese and tomatoes on it. Leave it on the stone until the cheese melts. Finally, remove the pizza and add the basil leaves.
