Frying pans are among the most versatile of sauce pans. You can, for example, prepare meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner using just a frying pan.

Think that sounds hard? Then check out our tips!

Breakfast

Let’s start with an omelet and breads. First, cut the French bread into slices – consider one per person. If you use sandwich bread, separate one and a half slice.
Heat the frying pan and grease it with 1/2 a tablespoon of butter or 1 tablespoon of oil – use a brush or spatula so you don’t scratch the surface. Press the slices of
French bread or sandwich bread using the spatula until they are lightly toasted on each side (this only takes a few minutes). If you prefer, spread a little more butter and let it melt. Set aside.

Now let’s go on to the star of the meal: the omelet. Consider one egg per person and a tablespoon of milk or water for each egg. If you like aromatics, oregano, rosemary, salsa and scallions are good additions to an omelet. For the filling, good options are chopped cherry tomatoes, onions and cheese. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix will milk or water and a pinch of salt. Add your preferred herbs and beat.

Heat the frying pan again, spreading 1/2 a tablespoon of butter or 1 tablespoon of oil to grease it. Pour in the contents of the bowl. Wait for the edges to start taking shape and add the tomatoes, onion and cheese. When firm, fold it in half, flip it with a spatula, let both sides brown and serve with the nice slices of toasted bread. A nutritious, delicious and easy breakfast, ready in just 15 minutes.

Lunch

On the menu is filet mignon with asparagus. The difficulty level is medium, but the taste makes it worth it! Consider a medium-sized filet (between 70 and 100 grams) per person. Choose thinner and firmer asparagus. Wash them well under running water. 1 kg of fresh asparagus serves approximately 4 people.

Let’s move on to preparing the recipe! Season the mean with salt and pepper to taste – if you enjoy seasonings, cumin goes well. With the frying pan over high heat, sauté 1 chopped onion and 1/2 a clove of crushed garlic in 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Next, seal the filet – about 2 to 3 minutes per side for the meat to be just right – and set aside.

Without washing the sauce pan, place the asparagus, drizzle with 1 spoonful of olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Grill the asparagus for about 5 minutes, until they are crispy. Plate the meal with filet and asparagus to serve.

Dinner

A super easy-to-make frying pan pizza that is ready in 15 minutes: the delicious Margherita!

To serve one person in a wrap, spread tomato sauce, place the cheese, tomato slices and basil leaves. Place the frying pan over medium heat until the edges of the wrap start to brown. If the cheese is still cold, cover the utensil, turn off the flame and wait for it to meld. Serve right away.
