Come on, we’ll teach you! Preparation time: 4 hours Recipe difficulty: medium Yield: 6 servings IngredientsBolognese sauce 500 g ground beef ½ cup chopped onion ⅔ cup chopped carrots ⅔ cup chopped celery 1 cup white wine 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon oil 3 tablespoons butter 1 can of peeled tomatoes nutmeg salt and pepper to taste White sauce1 liter of milk 3 tablespoons flour 3 tablespoons butter 1 pinch of nutmeg salt and pepper to taste Lasagna500 g dried lasagna noodles ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese Bolognese sauce preparation method In a medium sauce pan, place the oil and butter and bring to medium heat.
