We want to show that finding vegetarian options is possible (and scrumptious!). Who can resist a good burger? This culinary classic can be as practical as it is delicious. Here is a recipe from scratch to make at home with family, friends, or just a party of one. Nobody can resist!<img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/prd-assets-portal.tramontina.com/Copia_de_Banner_Hamburguer_Veg_600x600px_copia_4939c91021.png" alt="" width="300px"> Ingredients: 1 cup cooked chickpeas 1 small onion 1 garlic clove 3 tablespoons oat flour 1&nbsp;<a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-classic-stainless-steel-soup-spoon-63928280">tablespoons</a> ground flaxseed Seasoning to taste Suggestions: salt, parsley, oregano, and thyme Instructions:Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté with a splash of olive oil, along with a pinch of salt, for around 2 minutes. Mash the chickpeas with a fork or process them in the blender until they are roughly mashed. Combine all the ingredients in a <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-cucina-stainless-steel-bowl-32-cm-and-75-l-61224321">bowl</a> and mix them by hand until fully combined. If you have time, leave the mixture in the refrigerator for around 1 hour before shaping (this helps with the consistency of the patties). Shape into patties, add a splash of olive oil into a <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-professional-iron-frying-pan-30-cm-25-l-20766030">frying pan</a>, and sear for 2 minutes on each side.
