Dough Ingredients:500&nbsp;g wheat flour (preferably type 00) 350&nbsp;ml cold water 5&nbsp;g dry yeast 15&nbsp;g salt 20&nbsp;g olive oil Filling Ingredients (for 1 pizza):50&nbsp;g passata-type tomato sauce Salt, oregano and olive oil to taste 60&nbsp;g grated mozzarella 1/2&nbsp;red bell pepper Black olives Basil leaves A drizzle of olive oil to finish Preparation method:Batter:Mix the water, yeast and olive oil. In a <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-cucina-stainless-steel-bowl-28-cm-and-47-l-61224281">bowl</a>, place the flour and gradually add the water mixture, stirring with your hands to aerate the flour. Add the salt and continue stirring until the dough is uniform and the flour absorbs all the water.
