That is why Tramontina is going to teach you how to prepare the foundations of a good pizza: the dough and the sauce. Take the opportunity to make pizzas and gather family or friends for a cheerful evening around the table. After all, pizza makes everyone happy. Ingredients for pizza dough 500 g wheat flour 10 g yeast (1 envelope) 2 <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-laguna-stainless-steel-coffee-spoon-63906080">coffee spoons</a> of salt 1 level tablespoon sugar 4 tablespoons olive oil Enough warm water to form a dough (approx. 350 ml) <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/prd-assets-portal.tramontina.com/Tramontina_Banner_interno_Pizza_Netflix_600x600_3310fa2f66.jpg" alt="" width="1140" height="1140"> Pizza dough preparation method 1. Mix everything using the dough hook, then add the olive oil and warm water, a little at time, mixing at medium speed until it reaches the right consistency. Put the cut tomatoes into the <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-by-breville-smart-gourmet-blender-and-tritan-jug-1200-w-15-l-220-v-69009012">blender</a> with the basil and garlic and season with salt and olive oil. 2. Blend in increments using the blender’s pulse function until the sauce is smooth but has small chunks. 3. Then add the tomato passata to add sweetness and color to the sauce and mix. 4. Spread the sauce over the pizza dough in circular movements. Now it’s time to get to work and unleash your imagination to create the most varied flavors. Bon Appétit!
