Even better when it’s made at home for a date night or gathering of friends.&nbsp; &nbsp;The idea here is to enjoy every step: from choosing the ingredients to assembling and serving your pizza. And there is nothing better than a special <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-milano-decorated-porcelain-dinner-plate-25-cm-96580184" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">table setting</a>, right? You can also have a pizzeria atmosphere with the <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/fsc-tramontina-round-board-in-teak-wood-with-handle-40x28-cm-13278351" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">round wood cutting board</a> that accompanies you right up to serving time. &nbsp;Whether you’re celebrating Pizza Day or just making an ordinary evening something special, check out how easy it is: &nbsp;Pizza recipe&nbsp; &nbsp;Ingredients &nbsp; &nbsp;• 500 g type 0 flour&nbsp; &nbsp;• 400 g water&nbsp; &nbsp;• 7&nbsp;g dry yeast&nbsp; &nbsp;• 15&nbsp;g salt&nbsp; &nbsp;• 500 g ripe tomatoes&nbsp; &nbsp;• 250 g mozzarella&nbsp; &nbsp;• Fresh basilPreparation method &nbsp; &nbsp;1. Start by putting the flour in a <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-cucina-stainless-steel-mixing-bowl-24-cm-28-l-without-packaging-61224241" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">stainless-steel bowl</a>, perfect for this stage as it is sturdy and easy to handle. Add the yeast, water and salt. Use a <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-verano-onyx-colored-silicone-spatula-with-polypropylene-handle-25575130" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">silicone spoon</a> to stir until the flour is fully incorporated. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. &nbsp;&nbsp; 2. After resting, fold the dough over by pulling the sides into the middle. Cover and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Repeat this process.&nbsp; &nbsp;3. Place the dough on the countertop and fold it every 15 minutes, at least 3 times. The dough starts out loose, but it gains structure over time.&nbsp; &nbsp;4. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours. Then divide it into two pieces (one weighing 600 grams and the other 300 grams) and let it rise again for 2 more hours until it doubles in size.&nbsp; &nbsp;5. In the meantime, prepare the sauce by grinding the tomatoes with a bit of salt in the blender. Finish with fresh basil leaves.&nbsp;&nbsp; 6. When it’s time to roll out the dough, use a little semolina on the countertop and on the <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-brasil-aluminum-pizza-pan-with-interior-and-exterior-starflon-max-nonstick-coating-graphite-30-cm-18-l-20058030" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">round baking pan</a>, which helps the dough crisp up on the bottom.&nbsp;&nbsp; 7. Preheat the <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-by-breville-220-v-22-l-smart-stainless-steel-electric-oven-with-9-settings-69140012" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">electric oven</a> to maximum temperature. Bake the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes on the bottom and then another 3 or 4 minutes with the broiler on.&nbsp;&nbsp; 8. Finish with sauce, mozzarella and fresh basil leaves.You can serve it right on the <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/fsc-tramontina-round-board-in-teak-wood-with-handle-40x28-cm-13278351" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">round pizza board</a>.
