Easy to prepare and perfect for sharing, it transforms the kitchen into a space of connection, where cooking and sharing flavors become quality time.<h3 style="text-align:justify;">Ingredients</h3>For the Dough:&nbsp;<ul><li>300 g all-purpose flour</li><li>3 large eggs</li><li>2 tablespoons sugar</li><li>2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature</li><li>1 pinch of salt&nbsp;</li><li>1 liter vegetable oil, for frying</li></ul>For the Syrup and Decoration:<ul><li>340 g high-quality honey</li><li>Zest of ½ orange&nbsp;</li><li>Colorful sprinkles and candied fruits to taste</li></ul><h3 style="text-align:justify;">Step by Step</h3><ol><li>In a bowl, make a mound with the flour and create a well in the center. Add the eggs, sugar, butter, and salt. Mix well until a dough begins to form.</li><li>Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes covered with a cloth. This time is essential for the perfect texture.</li><li>Roll out thin logs of 1 cm in diameter and cut them into small pieces. Using your hands, shape them into small balls (they will expand slightly when frying).</li><li>Heat the oil in a Spezia deep pan. Fry in small batches until golden brown. Use a skimmer to remove them and let them drain on paper towels.</li><li>In another pan, heat the honey with the orange zest over low heat. Do not let it boil.
