Ingredients:

3 large peaches, peeled and pitted
2 pots of Greek yogurt
1 apple cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon de chia seeds

Preparation method:

1) In a blender glass place the peaches and yogurt. Beat until it forms a cream. Then put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

2) Remove from the freezer, add the chia seeds and mix well.

3) Transfer to individual pots and top with diced apples and pumpkin seeds.
