Ingredients:

1 egg white 

1 teaspoon matcha powder 

1 tablespoon sugar 

2 tablespoons hot water 

Your milk of choice


Instructions:

In a bowl, use a mixer, or whisk to beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the water and sugar and continue beating until firm peaks form. Add the matcha and mix until obtaining a completely combined cream. Fill a cup with milk, which can be hot or cold, and cover with the cream. 


If you want, you can leave a little matcha to garnish your drink at the end. You can also adjust the recipe to your liking, adding cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, grated ginger, or whatever else you like!
