The Lyon line was created to further enhance your recipes as it works like an oven. Made of forged aluminum with internal Starflon T5 nonstick coating and external silicone coating, it offers greater durability and better nonstick surface. Its thickness provides the greatest energy savings for preparing your dishes. The stainless steel lid handle gives a special touch to the line. It can be used in gas, electric and vitroceramic (heating element) cookers and it is dishwasher safe.

Recommendations for use
When using utensils, keep them out of the reach of children. When handling hot utensils take extra precautions and if necessary use photolders. For extra safety, turn cookware handles inward toward back of stove.
