Perfect for steaming food, it is made of enameled carbon steel, featuring a handle and a thermometer that controls its internal temperature. The lid also has slots and a convex profile that maintains oxygenation of the embers, keeping the fire burning for longer and controlling the heat flow internally, allowing food to be roasted completely!

The lid is the ideal accessory for roasting meat, vegetables, and hamburgers with indirect heat.
