For easier and more efficient use, it comes with a clear lid with wide opening for adding ingredients, removable ice cream canister and removable ice cream shovel for easier cleaning. BPA-free materials. It comes with 12 hardness settings, back-lit LCD display, time and temperature monitor. Carefully read all instructions before operating and save for future reference. 
Remove and safely dispose of any packaging material or promotional labels before using the Gelato Express for the first time. 
Never place the ice cream machine near the edge of a bench or table during operation. Ensure the surface is level, clean, and free of water or other substances. Vibration during the churning process may cause the machine to move slightly. 
Position the appliance at a minimum distance of 15cm away from the wall to ensure proper ventilation. 
Never operate the ice cream machine on a sink drain board. 
Always ensure the ice cream machine is properly assembled before plugging it in and turning it on. Follow the instructions provided in the manual. 
Nevercover the air vents while the ice cream machine is in use. 
Never place any ingredients directly into the ice cream chamber.  Place them into the ice cream bowl only. 
Ensure the ice cream chamber is clean, dry, and free of debris before each use. 
Neverplace fingers or hands inside the ice cream machine during operation. Avoid contact with moving parts. 
Ensure the ice cream machine is switched off and unplugged when not in use and before cleaning.
