With this 220 V 30 cm carbon steel electric pizza oven with ceramic base from the Tramontina by Breville line of home appliances,  you can prepare your own recipes with ease, and you won?t have any excuses not to make pizza every day. The heat from the top and the bottom heat the oven up to 350°C, equivalent to the conditions of a wood burning oven. It offers 1000 watts of power to bake the dough in up to 5 minutes. Its resistant non-slip feet provide safe use. Viewing window to monitor the cooking process without dissipating heat. Heating indicator. Variable temperature control with warming option. Its 30 cm ceramic stone base maintains and distributes heat uniformly for a perfectly crispy dough. Extra thickness for maximum heat retention. Choose your flavors and get hands on!

Carefully read all instructions before operating and save for future reference. 
Remove and safely dispose of any packaging material and promotional labels before using the appliance for the first time. 
Never place the appliance near the edge of a benchor table during operation. Ensure the surface is level, clean, and free of water or other substances. 
Position the appliance at a minimum distance of 20cm away from walls, curtains, cloths, and other heat sensitive materials. 
Always operate the appliance on a stable and heat resistant surface. Do not use on a cloth-covered surface, near curtains, or other flammable materials. Do not use on metal surfaces such as a sink drain board. 
Never put cardboard, plastic, paper, or other flammable materials nearor inside the appliance. 
The outer surface of the appliance may be very hot when operating at high temperatures.  Always wear protective oven gloves when inserting, removing, or handling items from the pizza oven when hot.  Alternatively, allow the pizza oven to cool before handling. 
Do not insert oversized foods into the appliance as this may create a fire hazard.   
Always make sure the pizza oven has cooled and is unplugged before attempting to move the appliance when not in use, if left unattended,and before disassembling, cleaning, or storing. 
Caution should be exercised when cooking foods with high oil content such as pine nuts, walnuts, and cheese. Broiling these foods, cooking them for extended periods of time, or cooking at high temperature maycreate a fire hazard.
