To make the process easier, you can count on non-stick plates and a floating top plate that automatically adjusts to ensure uniform pressure is applied to sandwiches of different thicknesses for evenly toasted and crispy results. Quick heating and fast toasting. Highly resistant cast metal arms for greater durability and strength. Adjustable height with 4 settings for heating open sandwiches, toasting sandwiches and making everything you want in between. Storage latch to lock the closed plates safely for storing upright. Carefully read all instructions before operating and save for future reference. 
Remove any packaging material and promotional stickers before using the sandwich press for the first time. 
Never place the sandwich press near the edge of a bench or table during operation.  Make sure that the surface is level, clean, and free of water. 
Keep the sandwich press clear of walls, curtains, and other materials sensitive to either heat or steam. 
Provide adequate space above and on all sides for air circulation around the sandwich press. 
Never place the sandwich press on any surface that may be affected by heat.  The use of a heat resistant mat is recommended on these surfaces. 
Never touch hot surfaces. Use the handles to lift and open the top plate. Take carewhen using the Adjustable Grilling Height Control. 
Never place anything on top of the sandwich press when the lid is closed, while in use. or when stored. 
Always switch the sandwich press off, unplug the power cord, and allow it to cool if appliance isnot in use, before cleaning, before attempting to move the appliance, when disassembling, assembling, and when storing the appliance. 
Do not use coarse abrasives, caustic cleaners, or oven cleaners when cleaning the sandwich press.
