Cooking will get extra added value with Tramontina's 4.7 L stainless steel shallow casserole dish with tri-ply body, lid and handles from the Grano line. Designed with a combination of state-of-the-art technology with a sophisticated design, it is the perfect choice for preparing your dishes. Made entirely of stainless steel, which does not release any particles, it has a high-gloss finish that makes it ideal for your table. The tri-ply body (stainless steel + aluminum + stainless steel) distributes heat evenly for faster and more uniform cooking, keeping food warm for longer and saving energy. It is also very convenient when cleaning as its design with round corners makes it easier to clean. It can be washed in the dishwasher on a daily basis. Its modern design can be seen in the perfectly fitting lid. This shallow, versatile casserole dish has a 24-cm diameter and can be used on gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction cookers.

Easy to use: a practical casserole for all your recipes that does beautifully well on any type of cooker: gas, electric, glass ceramic, or induction. It also features a lid with steam vent that fits perfectly. 
More durable: Tramontina's stainless steel is a high quality raw material, highly resistant, and does beautifully well for much longer in the kitchen. 
Saves time and energy: the secret is the triple body (stainless steel + aluminum + stainless steel), which distributes the heat evenly for faster cooking. This is why you can keep the heat low while cooking, which saves energy. What is more, the full stainless steel casserole can be used in the oven to gratin or cook dishes at a maximum temperature of 260°C. 
Easy to clean: it is quite simple to have a spotless casserole.  All you need is water, soap, and a soft sponge. If you prefer, you can simply put it in the dishwasher.

The maximum capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the total volume of the item. 
Use low or medium heat to prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the pot. 
The triple-ply body distributes heat evenly, making the use of high heat unnecessary. What?s more, you save energy. 
When using the pot on a gas stove, the flame must not go higher than the bottom of the pot. If using the pot on a hot plate, make sure the hot plate is the same diameter or smaller than the pot. 
Always dissolve salt in boiling water or add to the food, stirring the ingredients at the start of cooking. 
Neverheat up food by placing a pot which is the same width inside another. This is dangerous as it creates a vacuum seal, making it impossible to separate the pots. 
Some starchy foods such as pasta and rice may stain the pot while cooking. These stains can beeasily removed by wiping the pot with a damp cloth with lemon juice, vinegar, or Tramontina Stainless Steel Polish. 
Avoid leaving food in the pot for a long time; salt can cause stains too. 
To maintain the shine and beauty  of your Tramontina stainlesssteel pot , we recommend that you only wash it using detergent and sponge. In addition, Tramontina has developed a special polish to remove stains from stainless steel products, which is available at our main points of sale. 
Whenever possible, rinse theproduct with warm water after washing and dry immediately in order to keep its original shine as chloride and other substances contained in water can cause stains. 
Do not place an empty pot on a heat source. 
Only place hot cookware on heat-resistant surfaces. 
Stainless steel handles heat up during cooking. Wear oven mitts when handling. 
To remove the Tramontina sticker from the pots, wipe with a damp cloth with ethanol and wash after.
