Inspired by natural elements like the wind and leaves, the Tramontina LYF nature green aluminum casserole pan with interior and exterior Starflon Max nonstick coating, 20 centimeters in diameter, 2.9 liters, offers fast and even cooking and much more practical preparation. Measuring 1.8 millimeters in thickness with Starflon Max nonstick coating, it keeps food from sticking to the surface, is very easy to clean and much more durable. Its handles are made of engineering thermoplastic, a 100% recycled material that ensures much safer and more comfortable handling. In addition to all these features, the casserole pan also comes with a glass lid with steam vent, stainless-steel rim and nylon knob. Tramontina helps you make an even more sustainable choice with a line of products for those who choose to have a more sustainable kitchen!

Interior and exterior Starflon Max nonstick coating is easy to clean, more durable and not hamful to health, because it's PFOA-free. 
Tempered glass lid, with steam vent and stainless steel rim.
Handles made of 100% recyclable, high-strength engineering thermoplastic for increased safety during use.
Nylon knob.
It can be used on the following stoves: gas, electric, and glass-ceramic - electric heating element.

Attention! Handle: Because the material is 100% recyclable, they must not come into direct contact with the flame. Therefore, use only over low or medium heat and keep the utensil centered over the stove's flame. 
The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the pieces's total capacity. 
Position the utensil's handle inward toward the center of the stove. 
On stoves with grates, center the piece on the flame or heat source and align the handle with the grate. 
Hot utensils should be kept out of the reach of children. 
Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. 
After drying, grease the internal surface with oil or fat and heat it for one or two minutes. Allow to cool and wash again. 
Your Starflon utensil is now ready for use, with or without oil, and always on low or medium heat (never over 260 °C / 500 °F). 
Only use silicone, nylon, or wood utensils to stir food. 
The knob might come loose over time due to the normal expansion of materials. Retighten them just enough, without forcing. 
Cleaning: Avoid immersing hot utensils in cold water. 
Never use abrasive products when washing. 
In the case of burnt food, soak the area and set aside until the stuck residues can be removed with soap and a sponge. 
For a longer-lasting product, do not place it in a dishwasher.
