Tramontina Lyon elemental blue forged aluminum sauce pan with interior and exterior Starflon High Performance nonstick coating, 20 centimeters in diameter and 2.8 liters, is the perfect choice to add all the versatility your kitchen needs. With an elegant and functional design, it was developed in aluminum and has an interior Starflon High Performance nonstick coating. Due to these characteristics, it provides uniform and quick cooking of food and prevents it from sticking, making cleaning easier. It can be used on all types of stoves and can even go in the oven without the lid, allowing you to prepare delicious gratin dishes or finish your recipes with a special touch. With it, you will have an ally in the kitchen that provides quality, practicality and incredible results in each preparation!

Can be used on the following stoves: gas, electric, glass-ceramic - electric heating element  and induction.

When using utensils, keep them out of the reach of children.
When handling hot utensils take extra precautions and if necessary use photolders. 
For extra safety, turn cookware handles inward toward back of stove. 
When using your utensil on a stovetop with burner grates, be sure to keep the pan centered and align the handle with the grates to prevent the pan from tipping.
Before the first use, wash the utensil with a soft sponge and mild soap or detergent. 
After drying, grease the internal surface with cooking oil or fat and heat it for one or two minutes. 
Wait for it to cool and wash again. 
Your Starflon utensil is ready to be used with or without grease, always on low or medium heat (never above 500ºF). 
Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to stir food.
Cleaning: Avoid soaking hot utensil in cold water. 
Never use abrasive products to wash it.
If burnt food sticks to the utensil, dampen the area and leave it to soak until the residue can be removed with soap and sponge.
Please recycle products and packaging in accordance with existing recycling guidelines.
