Those looking for quality and functionality for their kitchen need the Tramontina Mônaco black aluminum cookware set with interior and exterior Starflon Premium coating, 05 pieces. Essential for a much more convenient daily life in the kitchen, the cookware set pieces are made of aluminum and have a Starflon Premium nonstick coating. Due to these characteristics, the pieces cook food quickly and evenly, prevent them from sticking to the surface and are easy to clean. The pans and casseroles come with a tempered glass lid with stainless steel rim and steam vents to help prepare recipes and facilitate viewing. The handles and knobs are metallic with silicone protection and do not get hot, thus ensuring a much safer handling. In addition to all these features, the pieces are also dishwasher-safe, optimizing your tasks in the kitchen!

Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. 
After drying, grease the internal surface with oil or fat and heat it for one or two minutes. Allow to cool and wash again. 
Your Starflon utensil is now ready for use, with or without oil, and always on low or medium heat (never over 260 °C / 500 °F). 
Only use silicone, nylon, or wood utensils to stir food. 
Avoid immersing hot utensils in cold water. 
Never use abrasive products when washing. 
In the case of burnt food, soak the area and set aside until the stuck residues can be removed with soap and a sponge.
The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the pieces's total capacity. 
Position the utensils' handles inward toward the center of the stove. 
On stoves with grates, center the pieces on the flame or heat source and align the handles with the grate. 
Hot utensils should be kept out of the reach of children.
