Appropriate for everyday use, it is comprised of aluminum pieces with Starflon Max coating, characteristics that put together cook food quickly and evenly without sticking to the surface. The sauce pans and casseroles come with tempered-glass lids with steam vent and stainless-steel rims, and all pieces that go on the stove have heat-resistant handles or knobs, which do not heat up and offer greater safety on handling. Besides all those features, the set is dishwasher safe and also includes two nylon utensils.
