With the Tramontina Paris aluminum wok with interior and exterior Starflon Max red nonstick coating with a glass lid, 36 centimeter 6,0 liter, it is much easier to prepare that creamy risotto for your dinner with the family. It is produced in aluminum with an interior and exterior Starflon Max nonstick coating, characteristics that provide fast and uniform cooking of food, preventing them from sticking to the surface, and due to this, also making it super easy to clean. Its handles are made of Bakelite and its glass lid knob is made of nylon, two materials that do not heat up and offer greater safety and comfort when handling. The wok can also be taken to the dishwasher and will make your day to day in the kitchen much better!

It can be used on the following stoves: gas, electric and glass-ceramic - electric heating element.

The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the pieces's total capacity. 
On stoves with grates, center the piece and align the handles with the grate. 
Center your utensil with the flame or heat source. 
Hot utensils should be kept out of the reach of children. 
Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. 
After drying, grease the internal surface with oil or fat and heat it for one or two minutes. Allow to cool and wash again. 
Your Starflon utensil is now ready for use, with or without oil, and always on low or medium heat (never over 260 °C / 500 °F). 
Only use silicone, nylon, or wood utensils to stir food. 
The knob might come loose over time due to the normal expansion of materials. Retighten them just enough, without forcing. 
Cleaning: Avoid immersing hot utensil in cold water. 
Never use abrasive products when washing. 
In the case of burnt food, soak the area and set aside until the stuck residues can be removed with soap and a sponge. 
For product and packaging disposal, follow applicable recycling guidelines.
