The Tramontina PRO click type torque wrenches are precision tools used to tighten screws and nuts with controlled torque. The tools are submitted to various quality tests, including a calibration test, to guarantee greater torque control and accuracy. This control is very important because torque applied that does not follow the manufacturer's specifications can damage the device's fixation or even cause accidents. More resistance, comfort, and safety in your hands.

Precision tool, used to tighten a bolt with an established torque value. 
Due to the interchangeable head system, this torque wrench is able to work with several head profiles and sizes (open-end wrenches, ring wrenches and ratchet wrenches).
Tools are produced and tested according to specific standards.

Wear safety glasses, gloves and other safety equipment according to the job. 
In order to avoid damage to the torque wrench, never exceed the scale limits. 
Do not use pipes or other extensive bars to obtain more torque, it can damage the tools. 
Turn the torque back to the lowest value on the scale when the torque wrench is not being used. Any unnecessary stress could damage the internal mechanism (spring) of your torque wrench. 
If the wrench has not been used for a long period of time (more than a month), use it 5 to 10 times, with 75% of maximum torque capacity. This procedure provides lubrication to the internal components. 
Never disassemble or modify any part of the torque wrench. Such procedure must be done only by Tramontina. 
It's recommended that you calibrate the torque wrench after 6 months or 5.000 operation cycles (whatever is reached first), after drop or impacts, excessive stress or when there is any doubt on the applied torque. 
After using the torque wrench, store in its original box or safe place.
