All kitchens, especially professional ones, need utensils that meet the needs of each recipe. With the Tramontina Professional aluminum frying pan with interior ceramic coating and brushed exterior finish, measuring 28 centimeters in diameter with 2-liter capacity, you will be able to finish your dishes with high quality and efficiency. It is made of aluminum with brushed exterior finish and interior ceramic coating, featuring a stainless-steel and heat-resistant Bakelite handle, for preparing your recipes with greater agility and ensuring much safer handling due to its high stability!

Interior ceramic coating that offers easy cleaning, is longer lasting and not harmful to health as it is PFAS-free. 
Brushed exterior finish. 
Stainless-steel and Bakelite handle. Greater heat resistance. 
Handle fixation system with 3 rivets. Greater safety and stability during use.
It can be used on the following stoves: gas, electric, and glass-ceramic - electric heating element.

The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the pieces's total capacity. 
Position the utensil's handle inward toward the center of the stove. 
On stoves with grates, center the piece on the flame or heat source and align the handle with the grate. 
Hot utensils should be kept out of the reach of children. 
Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. 
Dry with a dry cloth. 
Your utensil is ready for use, always over a low or medium heat (never over than 350 °C / 660 °F). 
The preparation of sauces and foods with strong pigmentation can cause a change in the color of the inner coating. 
Only use silicone, nylon, or wood utensils to stir food.
This product requires only cleaning and no maintenance. 
Cleaning: Avoid immersing hot utensil in cold water. 
Never use abrasive products when washing. 
In the case of burnt food, soak the area and set aside until the stuck residues can be removed with soap and a sponge. 
For product and packaging disposal, follow applicable recycling guidelines.
