Restaurants, cafeterias, and other professional kitchens need the Tramontina Professional aluminum frying pan with interior Starflon Premium nonstick coating and exterior brushed finish, 35 centimeters in diameter, 5.6 liters. Developed to add quality and convenience to everyday kitchen use, it has an aluminum body with a 3.6-millimeter thickness and interior Starflon Premium nonstick coating. Due to these features, it cooks food quickly and evenly, prevents it from sticking to its surface and is super easy to clean. Externally, it has a brushed finish and a stainless-steel handle with a removable silicone sleeve, which ensures greater protection against heat. A frying pan to impress in the kitchen!

3.6 mm thickness aluminum body for faster and more uniform cooking. 
Interior Starflon Premium nonstick coating is easy to clean, more durable and not hamful to health, because it's PFOA-free. 
Brushed exterior finish. 
Stainless-steel handle with removable silicone sleeve. Grater protection against heat. 
It can be used on the following stoves: gas, electric, and glass-ceramic - electric heating element. 


The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the pieces's total capacity. 
Position the utensil's handle inward toward the center of the stove. 
On stoves with grates, center the piece on the flame or heat source and align the handle with the grate. 
Hot utensils should be kept out of the reach of children. 
This product can be placed in the oven, remember to remove the silicone sleeve before doing so. 
Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. 
After drying, grease the internal surface with oil or fat and heat it for one or two minutes. Allow to cool and wash again. 
Your Starflon utensil is now ready for use, with or without oil, and always on low or medium heat (never over 260 °C / 500 °F). 
Only use silicone, nylon, or wood utensils to stir food. 
This product requires only cleaning and no maintenance. 
Cleaning: Avoid immersing hot utensil in cold water. 
Never use abrasive products when washing. 
In the case of burnt food, soak the area and set aside until the stuck residues can be removed with soap and a sponge. 
For product and packaging disposal, follow applicable recycling guidelines.
