Whenever using the double-handle frying pan, follow the instructions below:
Before first use: Wash the utensil with a soft sponge, hot water and mild soap or detergent and dry it with a soft cloth.
Next, grease internally with cooking oil and heat for 1 to 2 minutes, then remove excess oil with an absorbent paper towel.
This process decreases the likelihood of food sticking and improves corrosion resistance. 
Your product is ready to use.
During use: Carbon steel is an excellent heat conductor and retains temperature effectively, but low or medium heat is recommended to prevent warming at the bottom.
Handle and remove food with the aid of a utensil. 
The double-handle frying pan is oven safe. 
Do not use on induction and vitroceramic stove tops. 
Avoid immersing hot utensil in cold water. 
Wait for the product to cool before cleaning.
After each use: Wash the utensil with a soft sponge and mild soap or detergent. 
Make sure the utensil is completely dry, then protect the product's body internally and externally with a thin layer of cooking oil, which serves as corrosion protection.
Store the utensil in a dry place.
Maintenance: After prolonged use, oil and grease may accumulate inside the double-handle frying pan. 
This layer helps the product's performance, but it can be removed with an abrasive sponge.
Perform the surface preparation process on the double-handle frying pan as needed and always store the product with a thin layer of food-grade oil.
Attention: The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the item's total capacity. 
This product cannot be modified. 
After use, superficial stains may appear, which are typical of iron products.
During use, even if the maintenance instructions in this manual are followed, oxidation points (rust) or superficial stains may appear on the interior and exterior surfaces, which is perfectly normal for iron products.
Do not wash in the dishwasher. Never soak in water.
