You can use the more abrasive side of the sponge with liquid soap to remove stubborn stains on the matte parts of the pan, or you can use Tramontina's polishing and stain removal paste.
After washing, rinse the pan under hot water and dry it immediately so that it retains its original shine, because chlorine and other substances in water can leave stains on the pan.
