Prolonged use at higher temperatures can make the stainless steel surface turn yellowish. 
To always keep your stainless-steel cookware beautiful and shiny, we recommend only washing it with mild detergent and a sponge. 
You can use the more abrasive side of the sponge with liquid soap to remove stubborn stains on the matte parts of the pan, or you can use Tramontina's polishing and stain removal paste.
