With an interior ceramic coating, the sauce pans made from aluminum ensure uniform cooking. The handles are metallic and coated in silicone, make handling safer and offer all the comfort you need during preparation. The set consists of sauce pan, casseroles and a deep frying pan with a silicone exterior and induction bottom, which allows faster and safer cooking on gas, electric, induction and glass-ceramic (electric strength) stoves. Your utensil is dishwasher safe, although different detergents used in such machines can be harsher, hastening wear on your utensil and diminishing its nonstick properties. 
It can be used on the following stovetops: gas, electric, vitroceramic - electric heating element and induction.
Do not use at temperatures above 220 °C (428 °F), avoiding high heat or maximum power.

The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is ¾ of the pieces's total capacity.
Position the utensils' handles inward toward the center of the stove. On stoves with grates, center the pieces on the flame or heat source and align the handles with the grate.
Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. Dry with a dry cloth.
On induction stoves, use only at medium heat and avoid moving the piece to prevent scratches on the stove surface.
