For those who love Brazilian couscous with black coffee, the Tramontina Turim aluminum couscous pan with interior and exterior Starflon Max nonstick coating lead-colored, measuring 14 centimeters in diameter with 1.9-liter capacity, is the right item. Made of 1.6 millimeters thickness aluminum with interior and exterior Starflon Max nonstick coating, it ensures that food does not stick to its surface, is easy to clean and much more durable. It is also not harmful the health and has handles made of heat-resistant Bakelite to ensure greater safety during handling, as they do not get hot. A product that is dishwasher-safe and will facilitate your tasks in the kitchen!

The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the pieces's total capacity. 
On stoves with grates, center the piece and align the handles with the grate.
Center your utensil with the flame or heat source. 
Hot utensils should be kept out of the reach of children. 
Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent.
After drying, grease the internal surface with oil or fat and heat it for one or two minutes. Allow to cool and wash again. 
Your Starflon utensil is now ready for use, with or without oil, and always on low or medium heat (never over 260 °C / 500 °F). 
Only use silicone, nylon, or wood utensils to stir food. 
The knob might come loose over time due to the normal expansion of materials. Retighten them just enough, without forcing. 
Cleaning: Avoid immersing hot utensil in cold water. 
Never use abrasive products when washing. 
In the case of burnt food, soak the area and set aside until the stuck residues can be removed with soap and a sponge.
