American buffet or service

The American service is preferred when we have a lunch with many guests. Depending on the size of your furniture, it is a practical option that can have spaces and auxiliary furniture in addition to the main table.

Usually in this format, we use one end of the table to arrange flatware, plates and napkins, while to the side are the garnishing.

Pip: if you lack space, bet on mobile trays to accommodate part of the flatware.

One suggestion is to combine plates from similar styles (if you do not have the same number of plates), such as those from the Leonora and Oliva lines by Tramontina, to create a harmonious composition.

Brazilian service

In this type of lunch we serve with the serving dishes on the table, positioned in the center so that everyone can serve themselves.

It is perfect for smaller groups of people sitting around a table, where everyone can serve themselves or be assisted by the hosts. This option provides a more relaxed and informal atmosphere.
