Human Development and Appreciation

GRI 2-24

For Tramontina, developing and valuing people is essential to a culture of high performance and well-being. We invest in developing our teams through training and programs offered by the Ivo Tramontina Educational Center (CEIT), preparing professionals for the challenges of today and tomorrow. With objective compensation policies and competency-based assessments, we promote transparent career development based on merit and equal opportunities.

Guided by ethics, diversity, and inclusion, our relationships are supported by the Code of Conduct, inclusive recruitment, and initiatives focused on health, safety, and leadership development. In this way, we strengthen engagement, reduce turnover, and contribute to the sustainable continuity of the business.

Health and Well-Being

GRI 2-24

For Tramontina, people’s health and well-being are priorities under the Sustainability Policy. We promote quality of life through safe environments, excellent infrastructure, close communication, and monitoring of team satisfaction. We also offer fair compensation and benefits such as PPRT, Tramontinaprev, and extended leave to support parenthood.

This care is further supported by the Tramontina Employees Association (ATF), with access to medical and dental care, the Tramontina Sports Park (PET), psychological support, preventive campaigns, and spaces for social interaction. In Brazil and abroad, these initiatives strengthen engagement and the sustainable performance of the business.

Occupational Health and Safety Management

GRI 2-24

For Tramontina, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a commitment to 100% of professionals and partners, in Brazil and abroad. With management based on the Tramontina Management System (SGT) and ISO 45001, we promote safe environments through risk management (PGR), medical monitoring (PCMSO), and occupational safety, occupational medicine, and ergonomics initiatives.

The culture of prevention is strengthened by the work of the CIPA, the Right to Refuse Unsafe Work, and rigorous safety standards throughout the value chain. Through management technologies, independent reporting channels, and a commitment to LGPD, we continuously monitor our indicators to improve working conditions and protect people.

Training and Engagement in Occupational Health and Safety

GRI 2-24

For Tramontina, training and engagement in OHS strengthen the culture of prevention and are aligned with the Sustainability Policy. We promote continuous technical development through training adapted to the risks and areas of activity. In Brazil, we follow the Regulatory Standards, while abroad, periodic committees address ergonomics and emergency response, with results monitored through performance indicators.

The participation of professionals and partners is encouraged in risk identification and incident investigation through the CIPA, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), and communication channels. Through the Right to Refuse Unsafe Work and the encouragement of proactive reporting, we strengthen prevention, mitigate risks throughout the value chain, and promote safety as a collective commitment.

Desenvolvimento Local

GRI 2-9

Tramontina promotes local development by creating jobs, hiring local leaders, and encouraging regional suppliers, in alignment with its Sustainability Policy. The company also invests in team training, especially in the Southern Region, where most of its professionals in Brazil are based, contributing to the strengthening of local communities.

The impact is further expanded by promoting tourism through the official stores in Carlos Barbosa and Farroupilha, benefiting the local economy. In addition, the company’s commitment to tax compliance strengthens public investments in infrastructure, education, and leisure, contributing to the development of the municipalities where Tramontina operates.
