This set of equipment allows for preparing the pasta, keeping the prepared sauces at the ideal temperature for each stage and finishing in a streamlined manner. It is also an excellent alternative for use in the dining room, in spaces that allow customers to customize their own recipes.

The complete station offers the entire operation in a small physical space, within the operator’s reach, bringing benefits in terms of efficiency and savings.

The 4-burner gas stove in the América line has a hermetic cooking surface and burners with 6 kW of power each. The knobs are reinforced and the trivets are made of corrosion-proofed cast iron. A special flame adapts to the bottom of the sauce pan, optimizing gas consumption.

The pasta cooker, also in the América line, has a graduated flame indication and a safety valve against gas leakage. Apart from pasta, it can be used for cooking rice, grains, vegetables and other foods, with a capacity for 4 or 6 square baskets and 20 liters of water.

Finally, the Electric Steam Table is responsible for keeping sauces and other foods heated to the desired temperature, between 20 °C and 80 °C (68 °F and 176 °F). It is lit by means of a button with temperature control through a reinforced PBT polymer knob. The tank needs only 2 liters of water to operate.
