The chocolate lovers know it: there’s no more versatile ingredient than chocolate. From a simple chocolate bar from the store to the most elaborate desserts. Here’s an idea of what to do with this item: a delicious chocolate pavê to put in the refrigerator and come back to when you feel that chocolate urge hitting.&nbsp; Because there is nothing better than something sweet after lunch, is there? And in the middle of the afternoon, too. Or, who knows, after dinner? Truthfully, any time is a good time to sweeten up your life. And here we have a special recipe to do just that. Check out the step-by-step instructions! Ingredients Topping:3 egg whites;&nbsp;½ <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-clarice-underglaze-porcelain-tea-cup-240-ml-96011721">cup</a> sugar;&nbsp;1 can cream. Cream filling:3 egg yolks;&nbsp;1 (can or box) sweetened condensed milk 395 g;&nbsp;1 equal measure (same as the can) of whole milk;&nbsp;½ tablespoon cornstarch. Assembly:1 cup milk;&nbsp;3 <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/room/dining-room/flatware-sets-and-cutlery?14=145&amp;size=18&amp;page=1&amp;category=2473&amp;applied_filters=14&amp;order=relevance&amp;_locale=en&amp;subcategory=2653">tablespoons</a> chocolate powder;&nbsp;1 package of plain cookies or sweet crackers;&nbsp;50 g semisweet chocolate shavings. Instructions Topping:In a <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-monaco-induction-aluminum-casserole-with-black-interior-and-exterior-starflon-premium-nonstick-coating-and-glass-lid-28-cm-64-l-28705028">sauce pan</a> on low heat, combine the egg whites and sugar, mixing vigorously for around 3 minutes. Remove the sauce pan from the heat for a few moments every minute without stopping mixing so that the whites do not cook. Transfer to a mixer and beat until it doubles in volume. Delicately add the cream and set aside. Let cool and set aside. Final assembly:In <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-cucina-stainless-steel-bowl-32-cm-and-75-l-61224321">a bowl</a>, combine milk and chocolate powder. Moisten half of the cookies in this mixture and lay them in a round or rectangular (30 x 19 cm) container or in <a href="https://global.tramontina.com/en/p/tramontina-mixcolor-12-piece-dessert-set-in-colored-polypropylene-25099885">dessert containers</a> for individual servings.
