Create your own veggie burger to barbecue
Burgers are almost a unanimous consensus. Hard to find someone who doesn’t like it! By the way, did you know May 28 is World Burger Day? What about preparing a delicious recipe to celebrate this icon of gastronomy, what do you think?
But not a simple burger, just like any other. The idea here is to broil a perfect mushroom burger in a barbecue grill.
Preparation time: 25 minutes

Yield: 4 units
Ingredients
4 large portobello mushrooms
1 tomato
1 red onion
4 brioche buns
Sliced provolone cheese
Arugula
Soy sauce
Chopped chives
Olive oil
Chopped garlic
Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Using a bowl, make a marinade with soy sauce, olive oil, chives and garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Then, place the mushrooms on the barbecue grill, over medium to high heat.
Broil each side for about 8 minutes and use a brush to spread over the marinade left in the bowl. Put slices of cheese and let it grill for about 2 minutes.
Serve on bread with arugula, red onion and your favorite condiments. If you like, add a slice of grilled pineapple with cinnamon. Simply delicious!
