Today we are going to teach you a very simple and easy to prepare pepperoni bread, especially with the use of Tramontina Lyon 360 kit. Check out the recipe:
Ingredients:
350 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
5 g dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
300 ml warm water
250 g sliced pepperoni sausage
1⁄2 cup chopped parsley
2 tomatoes (seedless), chopped
80 ml extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
1) In a container, mix the flour, sugar, salt, yeast and black pepper. Add the warm water and olive oil little by little. Mix with the help of a spatula until it forms a smooth and sticky dough.
2) Cover the dough with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draft-free environment for 30 minutes or until the dough doubles in size.
3) After the fermentation time, mix the sliced pepperoni, chopped tomatoes and parsley into the dough and place the mixture in the bread pan.
4) Preheat your Lyon 360 covered and with the grill inside, for 10 minutes over high heat. Then, place the risen bread inside the sauce pan on the grill, cover and let it bake over medium heat, without opening it.
5) After 40 minutes, remove the lid and, using a glove, remove the bread and unmold it. Wait 15 minutes to serve.
For this recipe we recommend using the Lyon 360 kit, which comes with six items (square pan, cake and pudding pan, two bread molds and grill)
which will assist in the preparation of this and several recipes, as the pieces are suitable for roasting, cooking and frying. Bon Appétit!
