How about surprising with an irresistible homemade bread? Here we have a special recipe of an Italian homemade bread! Check it out:


Ingredients:

600 ml of warm water

850 g of wheat flour

1 flat tablespoon of salt

10 g of dry yeast (1 envelope)


Preparation method:

In a large bowl add the dry ingredients and the warm water little by little. Mix well until you have a soft and sticky dough (if you prefer, you can use a mixer to help).

When you have the dough, take it to a place free of ventilation to ferment and rest for approximately one hour. 

Meanwhile, heat an iron sauce pan, with a lid, in the oven at 180°, while the dough rises.

After the fermentation of the dough, sprinkle flour on the bottom of the heated sauce pan and transfer the dough without kneading, just placing it in the sauce pan.

Cut the top with the help of a knife and take it to the oven with the sauce pan covered for approximately 30 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake for another 20 minutes to brown the surface.

Remove from the oven, carefully unmold the bread from the sauce pan and let it cool. Serve as you prefer.
