What about children's data?

Tramontina’s websites are targeted and intended to be used only by people 18 years of age or older. We do not target advertising to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18.

There may be some Tramontina internal processes in which we handle children’s data; this will always be done ethically, according to the minor’s best interest and the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute, as well as with the consent of at least one parent or legal guardian, under the terms of Article 14 of LGPD.
